CloudFactory offers two different options for our Cloud Workers:
1. Flexible, part-time online work from the comfort of your home or local coffee shop.
2. Scheduled, part-time or full-time online work from our offices in Kathmandu.
CloudFactory offers these to allow an opportunity to positively impact your community while contributing to the global economy. At CloudFactory, we believe that leadership is a blend of character, competency and community. Cloud workers are assigned one People Officer to help guide them through the different stages of being a worker with CloudFactory, so you won’t be alone in the process.
There will be monthly goals that you will be shooting for in the different WorkStreams that you are assigned after you have gone through rigorous training. You will be given a People Officer to mentor you in terms of investing back into your own communities and addressing poverty, which we define as broken relationships. People Officers and Project Leaders will also be helping the management of our day-to-day operations and looking out for our Cloud Workers so that they have a comfortable and fun work environment.
CloudFactory is a startup aiming to create meaningful work for a million people and raising them as leaders. As such, you need to be passionate about bringing people and technology together to make tedious work easier. You must be someone who likes to create opportunities for others to learn and grow and inspire them to “give forward” by investing their efforts and resources back into the communities you are a part of.
You respect and appreciate each individual for who they are, and can adapt yourself accordingly to connect with those around you.
If you already have experience with data-entry, that is a bonus, but we encourage anyone to apply as long as you have passion.
